This post is to be home-based with one day per month in the London Office. One of the key role of the EEDI manager will be to ensure that the party’s activities are ” lawful, according to the Equality Act 2010 and all other relevant legislation that addresses discrimination and promote equality and diversity”.

Two further posts are to be added to the existing 88 staff employed on Green Party contracts. Those are: 38 full time, 50 part time, 76 on a permanent contract and 12 on a fixed term contract.

Fixed term contracts : 8 local election posts with contracts ending in July 2023, 2 general election posts ending in May 2024, 1 interim project manager attached to the Field Team and 1 telephone fundraising post.

In addition, there are 12 staff employed in posts outside of the central structure: House of Lords – 3 permanent part timers; House of Commons – 3 permament , fixed terms full timers; Brighton & Hove – 3 permament, and 1 fixed terms ( 75% part time and 25% full time) .
