Focussing on micro-aggressions, green social justice activists who have now completed their control of all the GPEW’s instruments of governance believe that any member who disagrees with their theories on race or gender in particular have some deep prejudice against them and are out to hurt them. They will interpret the smallest disagreement, remark or even facial expression as evidence of a hatred of them.
In the fantasy world they live in, speech and ideas they do not share when expressed around them – or on social media – are perceived as actual violence towards them. So obsessed with identity and the concept of “discourse”, they believe that words hurt more than actions. Gaslighting those who disagree with them and calling them out “to be kind” have been and remain their two most effective weapons of political control.
As a result of their highly successful weaponisation of free speech and therefore internal democracy, a fundamental green principle of decison making by consensus is fast becoming a thing of the past at all levels of the party.
