green world out, bright green iN. A coincidence ?

The Green Party Executive (GPEX) terminated the Green Party’s contract with the Green World team sometime in the middle of last year. For the last two years of their contract there was a sense within the team that the decision to end their role was mooted by a specific faction within the party lead by identinarian and former co-leader Sian Berry.

Focussing more on matters of interest to grassroots Greens, it would seem that, sadly, Green World fell foul of seeking to avoid getting too closely embroiled in the machinations of internal politics.

Meanwhile, the Bright Green Editorial Board has announced “ big plans ” for the future of their social media platform and is calling for donations.

Is this a coincidence ? We think not. Here is a brief reminder of the history of Bright Green and its post modernist /identinarian roots.

Originating as Bright Green Scotland and branching out UK-wide in 2014 as an ‘INDEPENDENT MEDIA FOR RADICAL, DEMOCRATIC, GREEN MOVEMENTS’, Bright Green has been playing a significant role in informing Green Party members and others of news about internal matters within the Green Party of England and Wales, the Scottish Greens, green movements and “progressive”politics generally from its very own and openly identinarian perspective.

The platform covers local and national election campaigns, and much of the GPEW’s internal elections from that same viewpoint.

Whilst boasting to be ‘one of Britain’s leading left wing blogs’, Bright Green also provides a platform to post modernist former members, members of Open Democracy and promotes candidates who share their identinarian and extreme transgender ideology.
